i found the pool to be a nice size. the breakfast buffet was enjoyable and offered plenty of options. the room included a kettle, a great addition for making tea and coffee! the location made it easy to access watersports and the surrounding area.

the swimming pool is large and appears very clean. the surrounding area has well maintained green patios and gives easy access to the beach, though there were only a few double sunbeds, a bit of a shame

The breakfast buffet had many options and was tasty. i received free breakfast, a nice surprise! i found it easy to access outside cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. Though some restaurants have additional taxes.

limited umbrellas understaffed check-in

i was not pleased with the limited availability of umbrellas. this made it difficult to find shade by the pool, especially during peak hours. the check-in process also felt understaffed. a long wait ensued. this was quite frustrating after a long journey. the lack of prompt service at check-in needs addressing.

A Peaceful Retreat with Excellent Service

The hotel boasts a large, clean pool, a major highlight. I found the staff to be very polite, attentive, and helpful (always a plus!). The breakfast had enough vegetarian options, which I appreciated. They accommodated our request to prepare a packed breakfast for our early tour.

The shower was not sufficient. As soon as I started showering, it filled up the shower tray quickly.

The large room included great AC and comfortable beds, I slept really well. Clean sheets and towels were replaced every day. The room was cleaned to a high standard.
